Job Description:

  • Human Resources duties mainly focused on payroll administration, recruitment, and regular recreational activities;
  • Provide secretarial and administrative supports to Senior Executives;
  • Hotel and air ticket arrangements;
  • To partner with HR Manager in keeping confidential documents accurate and up to date;
  • Other administrative jobs in the HR Dept.


  • Bachelor Degree holder;
  • At least 3 years' work experience in HR field and well versed to HK Employment Ordinance;
  • Experience in preparing PRC payroll and basic knowledge of 勞動合同法 are essential skills;
  • Well organized, service-oriented and detail-minded;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good command of written English and Chinese, fluency in speaking Mandarin is essential;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
