Key Accountabilities:

In addition to following Pedder Group’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the HR team in day-to-day operations
  • Maintain and administer HR records including personal files, HRIS, leave records with high level of accuracy and integrity
  • Maintain and administer various benefits schemes to ensure staff can enjoy the benefits offered by Pedder Group and answer associated inquiries
  • Support recruitment activities such as temporary sales staff hiring and administer job ads on recruitment channels
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate employee on-boarding and departure activities
  • Assist and coordinate in the implementation of Human Resources programs and policies
  • Undertake any other duties/special assignments as directed by the Senior Human Resources Manager


  • Degree holder with minimum 2 years relevant experience. Experience in retail industry is a plus
  • Good knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge in HRIS ie. IPL, SAP – Success Factor is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, good team player and has initiative
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
