  • Explore and manage all potential sourcing channels of talent, e.g. Linkedin, online job posting, social media, campus recruitment, employee referrals and other active searching channels
  • Develop and implement right recruitment channels and screening procedures to ensure the right candidates are shortlisted and recruited
  • Understand HR manpower needs and provide HR advices and services in recruitment activities
  • Compose and analyze recruitment statistical reports
  • Source, develop, and evaluate new media for employer branding and talent acquisition purposes e.g. SEO/ SEM, crowdsourcing, YouTube…etc
  • Build and sustain a positive and productive workforce. Promote and enable an inspiring, supportive, fair and inclusive work culture and practices that uphold the company’s brand
  • Utilize effective metrics to evaluate follower activity, reach, engagement and interactivity with postings, and the characteristics of the Company

Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 3-4 years’ relevant HR experience in sizable organization, preferably in F&B, Catering and retail industries
  • Analytical thinking with good numerical sense
  • Independent and good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
