About the job

  • Perform as a generalist with full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefit administration, employee relations, learning & development and performance management.
  • Act as a partner to work with business line managers to participate in manpower planning to meet business goals.
  • Engage and propose effective recruitment plan and explore new channels for sourcing candidates
  • Prepare HR reports and analysis for management review
  • Assist and participate in ad hoc tasks as assigned

About the talent:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 1 years’ relevant HR experience preferably gained from sizable organizations with experience in Retail or F&B business
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant legislations
  • Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, detail-minded and be able to work under a fast-paced environment
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Candidates with more experience will also be considered as Senior HR Executive
