Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for all round Human Resources functions
  • Assist in recruitment functions for office and frontline staff, such as job posting, screening, interview arrangement, employment contract preparation, orientation/onboarding arrangement and reference check
  • Prepare various analyze HR reports, salary benchmark for review
  • Assist in preparing training materials, coordinating training and culture related activities etc
  • Handle office & HR related matters including filing, attendance/ leave management, facilities management etc.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
  • At least 1 year’s working experience with hands-on recruitment logistics arrangement experience
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in PC applications including Word, strong in Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Less experience candidate will be considered as HR Assistant, fresh graduates are welcome.
