Human Resources Generalist, Asia Pacific & Japan (3 - 6 Months Contract)

  • Support end to end HR shared services processes and employee services of Asia Pacific Work with Human Resources Leaders to assist and support for end to end HR routines, from recruitment coordination to employment, induction, HR documentations and separation process 
  • Ensure employee data integrity, create and maintain up to date staff record in HRIS as well as the filing system.
  • Support payroll administration and coordination of data of Asia Pacific and Japan
  • Provide HR reporting and analysis on people metrics on regular basis Handle compensation and benefits program administration of Asia Pacific & Japan, including leave administration and maintenance, coordination on insurance related matters and enquiries
  • Coordinates employee communications
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR duties and/or projects as required


  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 4 years’ of HR support experience in fast pace Multi National Company. Experience acquired in HR shared services is an advantage
  • Prior experience in HRIS /ERP systems and strong in Computer applications skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio as preferred. Experience with Oracle and SuccessFactors is an advantage
  • Organized, high level of accuracy, detail orientated and meticulous
  • High learning agility, ability to work multi-task under pressure, sense of accountability
  • Team player, proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command in written, spoken in both English and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin)
  • Flexible to work after regular office hours or weekend in occasionally
  • Local HKID holders or with valid HK residency
  • Immediate available is preferred
