Human Resources Generalist


Role & Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to the business and provide a full range of professional HR services and solutions in driving business objectives and organizational effectiveness. Key responsibilities include manpower planning, talent acquisition and retention, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, etc. Major duties will include:

  • Manage key HR end-to-end processes, develop and implement effective manpower planning, talent acquisition and retention strategies in a dynamic business environment
  • Build and maintain effective partnership with internal customers, and advise line managers on people management issues, contractual and statutory compliance
  • Coordinate with HR partners and work closely with business leaders in delivery of HR policies, programs and initiatives
  • Drive change agenda and enhance team performance by ongoing review and improvement on work practices, processes and support systems


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related discipline
  • 5 years’ relevant HR partnership experience, preferably gained in established corporations with sizeable operations in the region or high-tech / IT services companies
  • A resilient team leader with strong commitment to tackling challenges and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong rapport building and problem-solving skills to engage both external and internal partners
  • Strong business sense, good numerical and analytical skills
  • Good communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
