Human Resources Intern ( Full time/ Part time )

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily human resources operations including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee relations, HR staffing and training etc.;
  • Participate in the full cycle of talent acquisition process, including sourcing potential candidates, arranging and conducting interview, feedback discussion with hiring managers etc.;
  • Manage on-boarding and new hire administration and documentation;
  • Manage job posting status on various platforms;
  • Maintain staff information and records, support document uploads and database management
  • Assist in general support, e.g. data input, filing, and other clerical support;
  • Perform ad-hoc HR duties as assigned by supervisor and the team.


Key requirement:

  • Undergraduate in Human Resources or related disciplines; Candidates in other disciplines with passion in Human Resources would also be considered;
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
  • Well versed in Microsoft office e.g. Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook
  • Mature, flexible, fast-paced and able to work independently
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline, well-organized, responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skill;
  • Intern experience in Human Resources Department is preferable
  • Immediate available and able to provide full-time support is highly preferred
