Responsibilities:

  • Assist in administrative tasks in recruitment and compensation & benefits areas.
  • Maintain and update the records in HR database and filing system.
  • Assist in preparing leave record and HR reports.
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Currently studying Human Resources Management.
  • Good communication skills, attention-to-detail and organised.
  • Willing to learn, good team player, and multiple task.
  • Familiar with MS Office such as Words, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
