Human Resources Manager | Cosmetic Retailer

As Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction and operation of the human resources function for the company Hong Kong office. You’ll be tasked to ensure HR programs and processes are in alignment and support of the overall objectives of the company goals.

About the role

  • Directly report to Regional Head of Human Resources
  • Provide a broad range of HR Generalist functions including business partnering, recruitment/selection, compensation & benefits, talent development, learning & development, and organisation development, etc
  • Closely partner with business leaders regarding to resource planning, diversity, organisation design, and employee performance management
  • Ensure policy and guidelines is fully compliant with current legal and regulatory requirement
  • Provide people management to the team and further grow the talent
  • Various of key projects and business initiatives

About the person

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 11 years of experience on human resources generalist or business partnering
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills
  • Great stakeholders management
  • Strong language background with well command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
