As the Human Resources Manager, HR Shared Service, this position is responsible for management, execution, and resources associated with the HR contact centre within the HR shared service centre (SSC).

Lead & coach HR operations team to uplift and maintain the HR services delivery
Responsible for C&B administration process including payroll management, benefit administration, medical plan review etc.
Review & revamp existing HR operations flow and policies
Partner with HBRP and COE team to facilitate the launch of HR initiatives in HK & APAC regions – e.g. on boarding process revamp & streamline
About the person
Minimum 8 years of HR working experience in sizable MNC, with at least 3 years focus on HR operations, HR Shared Services, Payroll, HRIS etc.
Well versed in HK labour ordinance and HR practices
Excellent communication and problem solving skills, strong number sense
Good know-how about HRIS system
Fluency of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
