 Our client is asizable international financial services group. The company is lookingfor professional and experiencedHuman Resources Manager to focus on Learning & Development needs andwork closely with senior managers to design and deliver training programs to suit the business requirement.  Strong ability to advise, monitor and review quality of training programs to enhance the professionalism of the bank.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with major in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of Human Resources working experience in Learning & Development
  • Prior experience in learning & development management and delivery of quality training programsis a plus
  • Strong presentation, organisational and time management skills
  • Good communication,interpersonal and influencing skills to all levels
  • A responsible, proactive and efficient professional able to work under pressure
  • Able to work independently and a good team leader
  • With can-do attitude and multi-tasking skills
  • Goodcommand of writtenand spoken Chinese and English
