HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER – legal firm (5 days/Central)

  • W are an independent law firm in Hong Kong with 100 staff, providing an extensive range of legal services to local and international clients in Hong Kong and across the region.
  • We are looking for   HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER  - with details as follows :


  • Report to the General Manager
  • Work independently for full HR duties of the HK office covering 100 headcount
  • Manage full cycle recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and on boarding 
  • Manage leave application administration 
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records 
  • Manage MPF administration and group medical insurance renewal as well as fringe benefit administration. 
  • Provide training and maintaining good employee relationship 
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned
  • Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines 
  • 5 to 8 years experience in HR function, preferably with over 2 years in legal firm/accounting firm/banking & finance or other professional firms
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related statutory requirements 
  • Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese. 
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • No China trip is required
  • 5 days work 
  • Office location : Central District
