Our client is a famous FMCG company and they are now looking for high calibers to fill up the below positions:

Responsibilities

  • Work as Business Partner and responsible to report to the team head of Human resources
  • Implement Human Resources (HR) strategic plans, tactics and projects. Integrates company-wide HR strategic plans, projects and objectives into client business units, departments and regions.
  • Work with operations to determine their strategic staffing needs. Develop plans and strategies to address the current and future needs.
  • Develop annual budget for recruitment and partner engagement.
  • Build relationship with organizations, leverage capital intelligence, employment branding and other sourcing venues to build diverse sourcing capabilities
  • Cooperation with operations leaders and district manager to ensure achieving HR efficiencies through the appropriate allocation and utilization of resources.

Requirements

  • Degree level education or equivalent with 7 years of HR experience in which 4 years in Business Partner spectrum within a multinational company
  • Proven track record in premium retail industry
  • Ability to builds strong professional relationships by engaging with key stakeholders
  • Understanding of organisational dynamics and how to achieve desired outcomes
  • Ability to work as a credible part of a multifunctional team and to influence the organisational strategy
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Good command of verbal/written English
