We are looking for a Human Resources Manager with a solid HP Business partnering experience and team management experience to join a USA-based MNC. Leading a team of 3 and will cover regional HR duties and projects.
Our client is a reputable organisation headquartered in USA and with operations across the globe. Highly committed to quality, integrity and compliance, looking for a solid and all-rounded Human Resources Manager to look after their HK and Taiwan people-related matters.
Reporting directly to USA Global Head of HR and dotted line to HK Operations Heads, you will be leading a team of 3 to 4 HR specialists to provide a full spectrum of people-related advice to support HK and Taiwan operations for the organisation. You will be working closely with USA headquarter, line managers, regional counterparts in talent acquisition, employee engagement, employer branding building, succession planning, headcount planning, people movement, training and development, annual salary and performance reviews, visa application and mobility case management, exit and off-boarding, system, benefit administration etc. You will also be a key global members in driving and implementing global HR initiatives locally and proactively review and align the people strategies and functional efficiency for the organisation.
We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in working in a matrix/USA-based organisation, people management and leading a team, all-rounded HR as well as project exposure acquired from sizeable/reputable MNC/organisation. Ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, motivating team leader, professional HR business partner and a proactive planner. Successful job holder must have a strong mindset of HRBP and be committed to integrity, HR process improvement and compliance.
