Human Resources Manager (Cambodia)

  • Provide full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including but not limited to payroll, compensation, staff benefits, recruitment, performance management, employee relations and general admin.;
  • Formulate/review HR policies and procedures and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures in line with business needs and in accordance with local labour legislation;
  • Ensure compliance with local government requirements in Cambodia;
  • Identify, develop and implement training & development programs to build the competencies & capabilities of all employees;
  • Support C&B processes at a regional level including salary increments and bonus reviews;
  • Deal with labour unions in Cambodia;
  • Liaison with Corporate HR for different HR projects/tasks;
  • Any ad hoc assignment.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or Business Administration;
  • At least 10 years HR generalist experience with 5 years’ in managerial level in manufacturing;
  • Prior experience with large factories employing over several thousand workers is an absolute advantage;
  • Strong understanding of change management and business transformation, C&B and talent  acquisition process;
  • Good command in written and spoken English.  Knowledge in local language is preferred;
  • Ability to demonstrate high level of tact in handling confidential information;
  • Strong communication & good interpersonal skills;
  • Pro-active, meticulous and highly organized;
  • Multitasker, efficient with quick turnaround in resolving issues;
  • Good team player, highly motivated and committed;
  • Candidates from Hong Kong, PRC, Taiwan or SE Asia are welcome.
