Human Resources Manager (C&B) - F&B

Williamselect

Our client is a fast-growing F&B company in HK. To expand their C&B Team, they are looking for a C&B Manager.

Responsibility:

  • Reporting to Head of HR, and responsible to manage C&B Team for daily C&B operation (full spectrum including payroll and tax) and system implementation
  • Handle annual C&B practice such as salary review, bonus calculation and payment, market survey and benchmark, etc
  • Handle frontline and back office staffs
  • Be responsible in the system implementation
  • Be responsible to revamp and bring up new ideas on the C&B program and HR policies

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in C&B (including payroll)
  • F&B background/ experience in handling part time and full time staffs will be an advantage
  • Experienced in payroll system implementation will be an advantage
  • Solid supervisory experience to lead a small team
  • Proficient computer applications and Microsoft like MS Word, MS Excel
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance
  • Eagerness in driving new initiatives and implementing policies
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good personality and attitude
  • Strong sense of responsibility and human-oriented
