Our client is a leading health-care group from Asia. Due to the forecast business expansion in Hong Kong, they are expecting double their size in near future, and a need has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join their growing team.

Description

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will be supervising a small team to cover the C&B matters for their Hong Kong operations. You will act as a key driver of C&B matters including payroll, benefits program management, HRIS, and ad-hoc C&B projects. As the leader of the C&B function, you will also required to formulate and implement the HR policies, annual salary review, budget planning, benefits and retirement schemes review. Working closely with the Global HQ, yu will be also involved the project of upgrading and integration of HRIS.

Profile

The successful candidate will be degree educated with at least 8 years of HR experience and with strong understanding of C&B operations in handling massive headcounts. Previously experience in health-care industry is highly preferred. An energetic and flexible approach will be necessary, and you must have exceptional problem solving , interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.
