Human Resources Manager, Compensation & Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, with main focus on Compensation and Benefits
  • Review and implement C&B projects, e.g. performance management, salary & bonus review, market survey, insurance renewal, tax filing, audit, etc.
  • Manage C&B daily operations, e.g. payroll, MPF, benefits, tax filing, etc.
  • Monitor the performance and enhancement of HR information system (HRIS)
  • Formulate and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the latest regulatory requirements
  • Prepare annual budget, staff cost analysis, salary proposals and various HR reports
  • Heavily involved in other HR projects as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Banking or FI, preferably in Chinese organisation
  • Hands-on experience in C&B area and able to work under minimum supervision and to meet tight deadlines
  • Well versed in HK Labour Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance and other HR related legislation, with knowledge of PRC Labour Ordinance is an added advantage
  • Multi-tasking with excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin is a must)
  • Good computer skills in MS Office and Chinese Word processing, well versed in HRIS, i.e. PeopleSoft, IPL and Flex
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
