Human Resources Manager (Contract)

Job Duties:

  • Direct and oversee the delivery of all aspects of HR services including payroll, employment tax and benefits processing, HRIS, people administration, HR process re-engineering, etc. to ensure smooth operation and to sustain long-term operations efficiency;
  • Plan, review and monitor all HR processes and ensure full compliance with related regulatory requirements;
  • Lead the HR information management processes, design and ensure timely delivery of a wide range of HR analysis and management reports to facilitate management decisions on services and HR strategies; and
  • Participate in formulation of all HR rewards and compensation policies/programs as well as effective delivery of new or enhanced policies/programs.


  • Degree holder in Human Resources;
  • HKCEE 5 passes [incl. Eng (Syl.B) & Chinese at grade E or above] or equivalent;
  • At least 8 years experiences in HR including a minimum of 5 years at supervisory level with solid exposure on overseeing all HR services, compensation and benefits processes, HRIS management, preferably from NGO settings;
  • Excellent command of written & spoken Chinese and English;
  • Dynamic, efficient, independent, self-motivated and responsive;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Conversant with legislative requirements and best market practices;
  • Well versed in HRIS, preferably with Flex System; and
  • Strong in computer skills.
