Company Description
Our client is a food & beverage group comprised of different business units. Due to business needs, they are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager.
  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to, payroll calculation, recruitment, C&B, employee relations, recruitment and performance management
  • Review implement and update HR policies and procedures regularly to ensure the compliance with statutory requirements
  • Annual HR budgeting and allocation
  • Maintain good staff relations and facilitate effective staff communication
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
  • Degree holder in HRM, Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 8 years working experience at F&B HR and admin role
  • Familiar with Labour Ordinance in Hong Kong
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
