Human Resources Manager (FMCG industry)

Role Description:

  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions with more focus on recruitment & selection
  • Provide strategic and HR advisory support on manpower planning, organization structure, resources management, staff engagement, learning and talent development
  • Formulate and implementation of HR Policies & Procedures
  • Handle annual HR projects such as Annual Salary Review, Performance Appraisal
  • Lead a small team and provide professional and effective HR services to all departments of the company
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

What talent we are looking for?

  • Degree holder in Business related discipline (Human Resources Management is preferred)
  • At least 8 years of Human Resources management, preferably from FMCG industry
  • Sound knowledge of Global Mobility policies and local employment / immigration / tax / social security regulations is highly preferred
  • Well-organized, detailed minded and independent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of management staff and general staff
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Immediately available is highly preferable
