  • Handle full spectrum of HR function including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and Employees’ Relations etc.
  • Formulate and implement staffing strategies, which ensure the effective recruitment and retention of high quality employees
  • Constructing, reviewing and implementing HR procedures and policies
  • Communicate and ensure compliance and consistency with office practices and policies and compliance with all employment related laws

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Human Resources, Organizational/Industrial Psychology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of Human Resources relevant experience with supervisory role experience.
  • Self-driven, knowledgeable, well-organized with strong leadership skills and eagerness to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills and good reasoning abilities
