Human Resources Manager, HR Policy & Compliance

The Human Resources Manager, HR Policy & Compliance has the responsibility for leading the policy and ensuring HR compliance across the global market.
About the role

  • Partner closely with outside vendor for development and implementation of all plans
  • Provide subject matter expertise to HR business partner and business leaders from countries
  • Review and update the HR policies and procedures in line with the latest market HR practice
  • Conduct periodic internal audit to ensure compliance with market regulatory
  • Prepare reports regarding policy & compliance as well as report to management


About the person

  • Bachelor degree holder with minimum 8 years of experience in human resources / HR policy/ risk and compliance
  • With legal background would be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills and detail-minded
  • Fluency of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
