  • Handle all types of group insurance renewal and daily operation, including Group Medical, Life & PA and Employee Compensation Insurance.
  • Handle inbound and outbound visa application, monitor the service quality of visa supplier, etc
  • Facilitate Relevant Intermediaries registration.
  • Maintain Connected Person's information.
  • Manage staff personnel and job movement records.
  • Participate in HR ad-hoc projects


  • Degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years relevant experience, with exposure in financial institutions a definite advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with employment related ordinances
  • With strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Proficient in Putonghua
  • Familiar with Word, Excel and Powerpoint
