YOUR MISSION

  • Perform monthly global payroll execution/review and ensure timely and accurate salary payment
  • Implement payroll process, constantly review and make necessary improvement to streamline the process
  • Master and maintain HRIS system to ensure accuracy of employee data and payroll information
  • Prepare monthly employee cost report
  • Liaise with Finance department for monthly reconciliation
  • Manage tax calculation and filing for different countries and ensure local compliance
  • Administer employee benefits scheme (enrolment and de-registration)
  • Manage internal policy review, SOP of payroll and benefits. Support and give input to the design and development of C&B structure, salary survey, bonus schemes and rewards strategies
  • Oversee and manage a team supporting payroll and benefits functions
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects
     

YOUR TALENT

  • Degree holder or above
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience. Experience in MNC is preferred
  • Experience in project management
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Knowledge of HRIS i.e. Workday is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly for Excel and PowerPoint
