  • Assist the Head of HR in handling various HR projects associated with the business strategies
  • Develop and manage strategic HR initiatives, which include performance management, change management, people development, succession planning, special recruitment projects etc
  • Support the changes of business by identifying HR strategies; assist in development, implementation and monitor of projects which align with the HR strategies
  • Ensure the HR initiatives are effectively communicated, interpreted and delivered.
  • Arrange and participate cross units business communication meetings
  • Conduct review, assessment and enhancement on the launched initiatives and deliverables
  • Review and update HR Policies and Procedures regularly
  • Compile HR reports and analysis for management
  • Perform any other ad hoc projects and assignments as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in HR management in sizable organization in which at least 5 years at supervisory role
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, project management and HR best practices
  • Organized, strong analytical and numerical senses
  • Self-motivated with multitasking capability to work independently and under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Able to deal with the ambiguity environment
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency of advanced usage of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Occasionally travel is required
