Human Resources Manager (Recruitment - 6 months contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and effectively manage the end to end recruitment life cycle from sourcing, selection, conducting interviews until on-boarding
  • Closely connect with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidates selection criteria accurately
  • Keep abreast of the uptrend recruitment best practices and the pay trends of the key competitors to facilitate the HR management to react to the market changes promptly for effective talent attraction and retention
  • Review the recruitment policy and procedure and ensure the team maintain the professional standard of hiring services
  • Assist the department head in planning and developing employee engagement strategy at company level that improves employee retention.
  • Offer advices to hiring managers on interview assessments, offer proposal and obtain approval from senior management
  • Handle recruitment-related duties such as coordinating with the candidates throughout the recruitment process and on-boarding arrangement
  • Assist in HR management projects as and when required
  • Less experience will also be considered as Assistant Manager

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Over 8 years of experience in Human Resources management with a strong focus on recruitment, preferably in insurance industry.
  • Innovative and with ability to discover new resourcing channel through the hiring process.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment independently, manage multiple searches and volatile demands.
  • Ability to develop sourcing strategies for new and niche roles
  • Flexible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
