Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive HR service including Talent Requisition and Manpower planning
  • Professional / Solid experienced in recruiting Hotel, Gaming & Construction filed
  • Have a strong HR network and good practices in social media
  • Oversee the talent requisition for management or above levels
  • Drive strategic projects as assigned
  • Direct report to Head of Human Resources

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Studies or related disciplined or above
  • Minimum 8 years solid experience in Human Resources, preferable in recruitment agency or Hotel / Gaming / Construction company
  • Experience in world-wide hiring with international exposure will be definitely advantage
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Detail minded, well-organized, work under pressure and independent
  • A team player with strong analytical, interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills
  • Occasionally travel is required
  • Immediately available is preferred
