Responsibilities:

  • Leading a small team to perform full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and the enhancement of HRIS
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are comply with governmental laws and corporate best practices
  • Provide HR advice and support to all line managers, understanding their operation and needs for manpower planning, talent acquisition and retention
  • Ensure the monthly payroll and MPF calculation are completed on a timely and accurate manner
  • Monitor and administer expatriate visa application, medical and insurance
  • Provide and maintain best HR services to the business unit in Macau
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • 8 years or above all round HR experience, preferably gained in sizable company
  • Well versed in HK & Macau Employment Ordinance and other related legislative requirement
  • Good command in spoken and written English, Mandarin is a strong plus
  • Proficient in HRIS system and MS office, especially advanced level of MS Excel
  • Attentive to details and accuracy and able to work independently
