Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.
 
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Human Resources Manager, Resourcing and Onboarding (Graduate Recruitment) 
 


Principal responsibilities

  • Lead a team to work with businesses closely to identify the manpower needs and develop feasible and effective graduate recruitment strategies 
  • Plan and executive campus marketing campaigns to attract and engage potential candidates through diverse channels 
  • Organize virtual, on-campus and in house recruitment activities to attract right candidates such as virtual recruitment talks, career fairs and company visit etc.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with businesses and act as the key contact points for external partners and university career centres 
  • Develop effective recruitment channels and social media coverage to constantly drive the Bank’s employer branding propositions for graduate recruitment
  • Review and streamline end to end recruitment process for various positions to enhance productivity and work efficiency
  • Provide coaching to team members to maintain the professional standard of recruitment services for both internal and external parties
  • Engage in employer branding proposition to attract potential hires

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a strong focus on recruitment in a sizable corporation, preferably with exposure to financial institutions
  • Meticulous with strong self-motivation and independence
  • Proven project management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Strong resilience with ability to embrace changes and overcome challenges
  • University degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, English Studies / English Literature or a related discipline 
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
