Report directly to General Manager, your will be responsible for all-around HR functions such as job design, compensation & benefit, performance appraisal, recruitment and new hire onboarding etc. You will support all relevant HR projects to be in line with business projects and ensure policies are adhered to and compliant with local laws.
To qualify, you must have 5-10 years of HR experience preferably from MNC or telecommunications, travel or aviation industry. You should be a self-starter who’s strong in multitasking, detail-oriented, has great communication and solid organizational skills, and you must be fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English. Immediately available will be highly preferred.
