Human Resources Manager (Station in PRC)

Lee & Man Paper Manufacturing Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and administer full spectrum of HR & Administration functions of PRC factory
  • Update and review existing HR policies and procedures from time to time in compliance with the Employment Ordinance in PRC.  
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects

 Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of human resource experience with at least 2 years in managerial position, preferred in sizable manufacturing companies
  • Well-versed with China and Hong Kong employment ordinance and other related laws and legislation. Knowledge of South East Asia is an advantage
  •  Excellent problem solving, communications and leadership skills
