Act as a recruitment manager focus on experienced hire of different business line.
Provide a full range of recruitment support and administrative services including but not limited to arrangement of the posting of job advertisements, assessment and selection, participation in campus recruitment activities and other formalities.
Participate any other ad hoc projects as assigned
Degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years' work experience in human resources within Bank, financial institutions or sizeable organizations
Strong initiative to meet the business needs, able to work under pressure and independently
Familiar with Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations in Hong Kong and Mainland China
A good team player with an open mindset
Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Proficient in Putonghua will be an advantage.
Familiar with Word, Excel, Powerpoint and related office applications
