Job Duties

  • Lead a team to handle full spectrum of HR functions and activities including recruitment, C&B, performance management, and employee relationship
  • Liaise with Department Heads for manpower planning & HR strategies
  • Analyze business demand and needs, develop HR strategies, plans, policies and procedures
  • Review and develop HR policies and procedures in achieving corporate goals and visions
  • Proven ability in counseling / advising in various employment-related matters


  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in HRM or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience of which 5 years in managerial level in a sizable organization, preferably in FMCG industry
  • Well-versed with HR-related Ordinance
  • Good organization and analytical skill
  • Positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivation and strong interpersonal and communication skill at all levels of staff
  • Change agent to drive and lead in a fast-paced working environment
