Responsibilities:

  • As a Team Head to lead a HR and administration team
  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions including Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Training & Development and Employee Relation, as well as administration
  • Handle payroll management, budgeting, taxation, performance appraisal and salary review, bonus project and insurance benefits
  • Manage office administration including office renovation, office supporting service, procurement, stationery supply to headquarters and site offices
  • Formulate, review and implement HR and administration policies and procedures to enhance the operational efficiency
  • Prepare and consolidate headcount and budget statistical reports for management review
  • Handle ad hoc assignment as required by the Company

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years’ solid HR and administration experience
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and related regulations & guidelines
  • Ability to multi-tasking work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is preferred
