Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Discharge full-spectrum HR functions, at both strategic and operational levels
  •  To ensure the current practices in local and overseas offices comply with outside regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Overseeing the smooth administration and operation of the end-to-end HR processes
  • Reviewing policies, practices and procedures to ensure proper documentation in place, statutory/contractual compliance and transparency to the various employee groups
  • Providing advice and support on people and employment related matters, balancing the interests and needs of all stakeholders concerned
  • Administering the compensation and benefits functions in ensuring equitable, fair and competitive reward for the local and global team
  • Generating and implementing initiatives in enhancing positive employee relations and experience
  • Other jobs as instructed by superiors


Requirements: 

  • At least 5 years relevant working experience
  • Well-versed in HK employment ordinance and tax regulations
  • Knowledge in China, Vietnam and Thailand employment ordinance is highly preferred
  • Excellent command of spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin is a MUST
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Must be a good team player, proactive, capable of multi-tasking with a can do working attitude and strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Travelling to overseas offices on a regular basis is a must
