The Post is responsible for supervising a team of human resources staff in providing services on the following:-

Job Responsibility:

  1. Deal with all-round employee issues;
  2. Perform HR functions including payroll calculation, compensation, benefit administration and implement HR policies, etc;
  3. Lead the HR team in establishing payroll control mechanisms to achieve high standard compliance, and deliver payroll operation;
  4. Review and enhance existing HR system and practices;
  5. Formulate, implement and revamp the current HR policies, procedures and guidelines and make improvement on them when necessary;
  6. Prepare HR and payroll reports timely


Job Requirements:

  1. Degree holder in related disciplines
  2. Minimum 8 years of human resources experience
  3. Familiar with Labour Law and MPF Ordinance of Hong Kong
  4. Self-motivated and aggressive, Mature and high responsibilities
  5. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  6. Energetic, well organized and independent
  7. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Chinese Word Processing
  8. Less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager
  9. Experience in handling a large group of workforce is preferable.
