You will be responsible to assist the Director of Human Resources in the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Division, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual are strictly adhered to.
Helps to maintain efficient staffing levels and payroll systems, assisting Division Heads to maximise productivity and minimize unnecessary payroll costs.
Oversees the hotel's recruitment and selection process, providing Division Heads with effective and efficient recruitment solutions.
Ideally with a university degree in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Human Resources Manager in a large operation.
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
