  • Act as a major support to the Corporate Head of HR to ensure the effective implementation of HR functions for PRC and HK;
  • Support and supervise the implementation of HR policies & practices; and also HR projects including recruitment; reward & recognition; performance management, learning and development, HR budgeting for PRC and Hong Kong;
  • Liaise with the HR team in China in respect of all HR projects, policies and training programs;
  • Support the subordinates to perform full range of HR functions in HK;
  • Establish and sustain a positive employee relation in the workplace and across all functions in China & Hong Kong;
  • Provide ad hoc back-up to local HR and Administration functions in China & HK when needed;
  • Handle PRC senior staff recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, and related functions;
  • Other HR related responsibilities and duties assigned by the Corporate Head of HR. 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent;
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience with multinational companies, with PRC exposure is a must;
  • In-depth knowledge of HK & PRC Labour Law and HR related regulations;
  • A proven track of practical experience in management of HK & China payroll;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) is a must;
  • Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, flexible and detail-minded;
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Familiar with HR system would be an advantage;
  • A good team player with strong achievement drive;
  • Proactive, hands-on, organized with a can-do working attitude.
