Human Resources Manager

Job Description

With the investments we’ve made and growth in the firm, now is the time to be at XY Capital and we are looking for a strong candidate to head our HR operations.  We seek a candidate with the experience and leadership to manage all HR activities and partner with senior management.  This role will report directly to the Head of Operations and will be a key member of the XY Capital staff as we continue to grow and scale.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage all recruitment activities, including but not limited to, internet job postings, attending career fairs, and attending university events to hire interns

• Coordinate interviews between employees and prospective candidates
• Prepare and maintain HR related documents, including employee performance reviews
• Manage company benefits programs, such as medical insurance and gym membership
• Create toolkits for interviewing, onboarding, and other key HR activities
• Partner with external recruiting firms, as needed, to source for critical hires
• Other ad-hoc projects

Qualifications: 

• Degree holder in HRM preferred

• 7+ years HR related work experience, financial firm is a plus
• Able to work in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment
• Able to work independently and be a team player
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Native or proficient in spoken and written English
