Our client is a market leader and well-established organisation in Hong Kong. Currently, they are looking for a highest caliber Human Resources Business Partner to manage a small team and provide HR advisory and extensive 'hands-on' supports to the assigned business units.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Head of HR, he or she will provide strategic advice to the Head of Business Units for HR matters and act as a business partner to achieve short and long-term objectives;
  • Provide full range of HR services to assigned business units, including recruitment and selection, HR policy formulating and review, staff retention, staff relations, salary review exercise, staff disciplinary and staff performance management;
  • Responsible for internal and external communication, respond to internal and external stakeholders for HR enquiries while acting as a trusted HR business partner;
  • Prepare management reports, proposals and analysis review;
  • Participate in development of Group-wide HR initiatives and other HR servicing related projects when required.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines;
  • At least 10 years all round HR Generalist experience with 5 years at managerial level gained in sizable organizations;
  • Detail minded with strong interpersonal and communication skills, people management and influencing skills;
  • Strong analytical thinking with good numerical sense;
  • Enthusiastic, excellent leadership and project management skills;
  • Good command of spoken / written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
  • Good computer skill in Excel, Power point and Chinese word processing;
  • Candidate with Macau / PRC exposures is an advantage.
