Now we are looking for a high caliber Human Resources Manager in Hong Kong. As a Human Resources Manager, you would be responsible for assisting the Human Resources Director, Asia Pacific in the overall management and administration of the Human Resources function to deliver an excellent employee experience. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards

Job Responsibility:
The HR Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our initiatives around flexible fulfillment centers. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

Provides leadership to Human Resources team, and develops goals and assists in the development of Human Resources policies, practices, procedures, and programs.

Provides counseling on Human Resources issues to management and employees. Acts as a liaison with community groups or other organizations.

Provides guidance and manages the performance of subordinates in the application of policies and activities related to employee services, compensation, benefits, employment, learning and development, and Talent Management.

Establishes teams and facilitates teamwork when required.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:
University degree with over 8 years relevant experiences, preferably in a professional services or multinational corporation. Experience within a multicultural and diversified environment is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external partners in order to achieve desired outcomes. Be able to interact with clients on business and high level Human Resources matters.

Excellent communication, consultation and interpersonal skills’ distinctive ability to interact with all levels of management and clients; good proficiency in Mandarin and English.

Effectively copes with and manages change for the team. Has the ability to decide and act without having the total picture and comfortably handles risk and uncertainty.

Culturally sensitive, a team player who can exhibit strong leadership, and be able to motivate team.

Applies judgment and acts according to the UL mission and standards of ethics and integrity.
