Human Resources Manager

  • Work closely with countries leaders to create and deliver effective regional HR strategy and support across APAC locations
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR duties including but not limited to payroll calculation, taxation, benefits administration
  • Provide support on Human Resources and Administration services, including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal, training & development, employee relations and administration
  • Implementation of HR strategies and initiatives in support of the global HR function
  • Gather market data of designated region on pay levels
  • Prepare manpower and capital expenditure budgets
  • Handle compensation escalations and manage regional headcount plan
  • Build culture and engagement through the implementation or cultural initiatives, training and development programs and incentives
  • Build up and maintain good relationships and provide support to all employees
  • Reporting to the director at headquarter in Sydney
  • Manage global projects as assigned


  • Degree qualification or above in Human Resources Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR area with APAC exposure
  • Solid knowledge in APAC employment ordinance and other statutory regulations related to employment is preferred
  • Implement HR programs and initiatives to drive overall engagement and performance
  • Self-starter and independent who can work under pressure with multi-tasks
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese
