Job Responsibilities:

  • Be a specialist on Compensation & Benefits and HRIS administration
  • Facilitate international assignment including package formulation and tax arrangement
  • Participate in various ad hoc projects for business alignment and process improvement
  • Compile and analyze on HR data for management review

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate in business related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years solid experience in compensation & benefits and employment practices in Hong Kong, PRC and Taiwan
  • Sound knowledge in HRIS system administration and enhancement
  • Well-versed with labour legislation in Hong Kong, PRC and Taiwan
  • Analytical, numerically-strong, detail-minded with good PC skills
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
