Job Descriptions

  • Formulating and implementing HR strategies for recruitment, retention, staff engagement and career development programmes
  • Advising on company's organization structure, human resources management and planning, learning and talent development programmes
  • Monitoring and reviewing of staff headcount, budget and cost analysis
  • Reviewing and proposing HR policies and procedures to cope with the development of the company
  • Proposing, planning and arranging of team building activities and training for staff
  • Promoting and leveraging the company's background and brand identity to build corporate culture that fulfil the vision of the company as the Employer of Choice
  • Support ad-hoc projects as required by the company

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 6 years’ relevant HR experience in Compensation & Benefit, including at least 2 years in the managerial level in a multicultural environment
  • Proactive and strategic mind-set with a hands-on experience and track record of high accuracy
  • Result-oriented, open-minded and versatile to put together solutions for HR matters
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
