Role Purpose:
Support the Compensation and Benefits operation including but not limited to payroll, retirement plan and other benefits administration.

A typical day in this Role:

  • Interact with our internal customers at all levels on staff payroll and benefit administration;
  • Administer the employees' records, and prepare HR reports and analysis
  • Participate in compensation review and market survey
  • Assist in HRIS enhancement and digitalization of various HR processes
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

What we look for:

  • Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 3 years of human resources working experience, preferably related to C&B
  • Good knowledge of Hong Kong employment related ordinances and legislations
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong numerical sense, well organized, detail-minded and good interpersonal skills
  • Immediately available is an advantage
