  • Act as Business Partner to provide a full range of professional HR services and advice including employee relations, performance management, manpower planning, recruitment & selection, staff movement
  • Drive and participate in key HR projects/programs and make recommendation & suggestions for improvement
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment channels and reduce vacancy rate for the respective departments
  • Planning and organising recruitment activities, i.e. Career Expo and Career Talk
  • Responsible to expatriate working visa and handle expatriate recruitment logistics arrangement
  • Prepare regular HR reports & analysis
  • Conduct staff orientation program and organizing company activities


  • University educated, preferably with a degree in Human Resources
  • 3 years' solid in-house recruitment experience in sizeable company, preferably in sizable hospitality or service or retail industry.
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, ability to build rapport and relations
  • Enjoy working with dynamic people and in a lively environment.
  • Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese.
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
