Human Resources Officer / Assistant HR Officer (Fashion Retails)

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources management or other related disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ hands-on experience in C&B function in RETAIL industry;
  • Able to handle recruitment for RETAIL staff independently;
  • Previous working experience in garment manufacturing industry is an advantage;
  • Well-versed in both Employment Ordinance and Employees’ Compensation Ordinance in HK;
  • Proficiency in MS Word & Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Self-motivated, positive, possess good analytical skills & interpersonal skills, capable of communicating with all levels and work under pressure;
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, staff relation, training & development and performance management;
  • Ensure smooth payroll processing and salary administration;
  • Consolidate staff files, personal data, leave and attendance records;
  • Assist in review and implementing HR related policies and procedures to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Company;
  • Prepare statistical analysis and regular reports in human capital including headcount distribution, turnover rate analysis and budget reports etc;
  • Organize various staff activities to enhance staff relations;
  • Carry out ad hoc projects as assigned by the Management;
