Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform full employment cycle from selection to retirement;
  • Explore innovative recruitment channels to achieve recruitment target;
  • Plan and execute recruitment projects such as job fairs and recruitment days (prefer having experience in handling high volume of frontline recruitment);
  • Work closely as a business partner and build a solid relationship with the line managers to understand their needs, requirements and budget;
  • Compose and analyze recruitment statistical reports;
  • Maintain and update the database in HRIS;
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned;

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline;
  • With 2 years’ relevant experience in HR field; Possess solid experience in mass recruitment or labor intensive industry is preferred;
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinances and other HR related legislation;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Proactive and good team player
  • Good communication skills with customer services mindsets;
  • Candidate with less experience may consider as Assistant Human Resources Officer
